You will also be responsible for senior customer interface, shaping technical and business strategy, and driving organic growth of the program and team.  You and your team will ensure compliance to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Northrop Grumman software development practices and develop and implement a metrics-based performance measurement approach that ties programmatic rigor (cost/schedule/Earned Value) to software development flow and technical outcomes.  The selected candidate will balance program execution discipline with strong technical acumen, enabling informed trade decisions that optimize cost, schedule, performance, and mission outcomes across multiple Agile software development trains and supporting development efforts. The candidate will demonstrate core Northrop Grumman Values: We do the right thing, We do what we promise, We commit to shared success, We Pioneer & live our values in the community and Inclusive Innovation.
