صاحب الدور مسؤول عن تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية للخدمة (الصيانة الوقائية، وحضور معاودة الاتصال، وأعمال الإصلاح المخططة/غير المخططة، والتحديث وما إلى ذلك)، داخل المنطقة/الطريق المعين. يجب على صاحب الدور القيام بواجباته وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات العمل المنصوص عليها.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
• يقوم بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتنظيف وغيرها من الأعمال التعاقدية للوحدات المعينة، وفقا لمخطط الطريق الصادر.
• إجراء التعديلات والإصلاحات (المخطط لها وغير المخطط لها) لمنتجات أوتيس داخل المنطقة المخصصة، مع الحد الأدنى من المساعدة من قائد الفريق - ميكانيكي.
• يحضر عمليات معاودة الاتصال بالمعدات وإجراء التفتيش واكتشاف الأخطاء لإعادة المعدات إلى الخدمة.
• يحدد ويبلغ عن العيوب (الداخلية والخارجية)، والمكونات المفقودة وما إلى ذلك من خلال عملية الصيانة لتسليط الضوء على المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وتوليد فرص البيع.
• ينسق مع مشغلي خط أوتيس لضمان معاودة الاتصال وفقا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة المحددة.
• استكمال الجداول الزمنية، وبطاقات السجل، وصيانة JHA، ونماذج OSA، وأوراق SVR وما إلى ذلك المرتبطة بالواجبات الميكانيكية في الوقت المناسب.
• إجراء العمليات ضمن قواعد وأنظمة موقع العميل، وتصعيد التعارضات المحتملة مع إرشادات السلامة الخاصة بشركة Otis.
• يضمن إجراء جميع عمليات الخدمة/الصيانة ضمن إجراءات العمل الآمنة لـ OTIS، ومتطلبات WWJSSS وما إلى ذلك ومعدات الحماية الشخصية الكافية لتقليل أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة.
• يدعم الزملاء المبتدئين الآخرين بعمليات الخدمة/الصيانة في مواقع العملاء، ويعمل كصديق للمساعدة في تطوير مهاراتهم بشكل أكبر.
• الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث، وشيكة الوقوع، والمخاطر المحتملة، والظروف غير الآمنة وما إلى ذلك التي تحدث أثناء نشاط العمل وتؤثر على سلامة الميكانيكيين أو المستخدمين النهائيين لقائد الفريق - ميكانيكي.
