Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with Chinese clients.

• Translating proposals, contracts and related documents to facilitate the communication.

• Performing precise and efficient administrative tasks.

• Drafting proposals for clients.

• Maintaining client relationships through ongoing communication.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

• Providing support to managers with daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Active student status that remains valid for at least another year or for foreigners valid residence permit.

• Proficient English language skills.

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin.

• Hungarian language skills are an advantage.

• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail.

• Willingness to work at least 25-30 hours per week.
