Position: Embroidery DigitizerDepartment: EmbroideryReports To: Director of EmbroideryEmployment Type: Full-Time / Non-Exempt / On-SiteJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Embroidery Digitizer to convert artwork and logos into high-quality stitch files for embroidery production. This role is critical in ensuring designs translate accurately onto various materials while maintaining brand integrity and production efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEditing digitized logos, artwork, and designs for embroidery using industry-standard softwareOptimize stitch types, densities, and paths for different fabrics and products (e.g., hats, apparel, accessories)Editing and export files compatible with embroidery machines (DST, PES, etc.)Review artwork and make necessary adjustments to ensure clean, production-ready resultsCollaborate with design and production teams to meet quality standards and deadlinesTroubleshoot and refine files based on machine performance and sample outputsMaintain organized file systems and version control for digitized assetsEnsure consistency with brand guidelines and customer specificationsQualifications2+ years of embroidery digitizing experienceProficiency in digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom)Strong understanding of stitch types, underlay, density, pull compensation, and sequencingKnowledge of embroidery production processes and machine capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsStrong problem-solving and time management skillsQualificationsExperience with headwear (caps) and structured embroideryFamiliarity with retail or high-volume production environmentsBasic graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW)Understanding of different fabrics and how they impact stitch behaviorCompensation: $50,000 - $60,000Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with tiered company match and profit sharingFlex PTOEmployee discount on all Branded Bills products Parental leave
