Job Description:

Job Summary


This position generates new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts. The successful candidate will execute business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals.

This position leads sales activity across the entire UPS Healthcare portfolio including; Package, Forwarding and Distribution. You will also drive global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation.

This position obtains knowledge about customers’ competitors to consult customers on UPS solutions that support their market competitiveness.
 

In this role you will:

· Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of healthcare customers as their primary UPS contact

· Lead customer access to the full UPS Healthcare portfolio, including Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Distribution and Cold Chain solutions with focus on End-to-End-Solutions

· Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and executing account strategies

· Translate UPS Healthcare services, technologies and capabilities into clear, customer-specific value propositions

· Partner with Operations and Customer Solutions to design, review and optimise tailored solutions

· Maintain a strong understanding of customer strategies, financials, product launches and pipelines while expanding multi-level stakeholder relationships

· Manage revenue commitments, target accounts, customer reviews, joint calls and KPI analysis to ensure performance and service excellence

We're looking for someone who brings:

· At least five years’ experience in complex sales within logistics, ideally in the healthcare sector.

· A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Logistics, Supply Chain, Healthcare or Business preferred.

· Fluency in English (required); additional languages are an advantage.

· Willingness to travel across Europe and work flexibly across regions and time zones.

· The ability to convert services and solutions into customer-relevant capabilities.

· Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
