Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Customer Support Apprentice
Poznań
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Warranty team in organizational tasks
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation using MS Office programs
- Help track and update warranty-related content with accuracy and accountability
Our requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (especially Excel and SharePoint)
- Experience in Power Platform Tools – but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
