Job Title: Project Manager – E-commerce
Location: Dehradun
Experience: 6+ Years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (E-commerce) to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, Agile methodologies, and delivering scalable digital commerce solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimize project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management, with significant experience in e-commerce projects.
- Proven experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar is preferred.
- Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
