What will your functions be?
- Gesti贸n completa de expedientes de tr谩fico mar铆timo de exportaci贸n.
- Seguimiento de los tr谩ficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas.
- Resoluci贸n de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, env铆o y/o recepci贸n de la mercanc铆a de los clientes.
- Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
- Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturaci贸n.
What are we looking for?
- Experiencia previa de al menos 2-3 a帽os en empresa transitaria y en gesti贸n de tr谩fico mar铆timo de exportaci贸n.
- Poseer formaci贸n en la rama聽Administrativa聽y/o de聽Comercio Internacional.
- Contar con聽nivel B2/C1 de ingl茅s.
- Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de聽CargoWise.
- Ser una persona con orientaci贸n al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
