Description
Develop, collaborate on and review wiring diagrams and logic for new equipment, field retrofits, and upgrades Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree 3 - 6+ years of relevant experience Moderate experience in the engineering, design and development of manufacturing equipment for high volume, high speed, high precision assembly operation and complex industrial systems Experience with Rockwell Automation products and National Instruments a plus Programming knowledge of Rockwell Automation RSLogix5000 and FTView ME and SE a plus Knowledge of VFD and Servo drives. (AB Powerflex and Kinetix a plus) General knowledge of PID loops and process control concepts General knowledge of motion control concepts and robotics Experience in food or consumer goods packaging industries is a plus SQL Server Database knowledge and Visual Basic Programming a plus Experience with machine vision is a plus Ability to travel up to 25%
