Job Description :
Maintenance and development of the Facility Monitoring and Control System (FMCS).
Handling and analyzing common industrial communication issues at job sites (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP).
Coordinating with PLC/SCADA vendors or equipment suppliers on point mapping, control permissions, and data format planning.
Assisting with sensor expansion planning (e.g., temperature, flow, power) and providing recommendations for related circuit modifications
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for projects and services.
Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of monitoring and control equipment.
Serve as a resource for engineering and operations.
Maintain FMCS databases and data pipelines to ensure stable and reliable data sources for AI functions.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience in industrial automation, equipment communication, or system integration
Ability to independently troubleshoot on-site communication and system integration issues
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills, able to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
Skill Set
Experience in PLC/SCADA system integration
Industrial communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, OPC
Basic concepts of TCP/IP networking
Proficiency in PLC and SCADA programming.
Ability to read control diagrams, electrical schematics, and system architecture diagrams
Basic engineering knowledge, including industrial automation and industrial control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.
