Join our team at Infios as a WMS Administrator L1 and help keep our customers’ warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with our Warehouse Management Solutions, supporting day-to-day system operations, troubleshooting issues, and helping optimize distribution environments that power modern supply chains. What a Day in the Life Looks Like
- Troubleshoot business and operational issues related to the WM Advantage Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting applications
- Investigate and document issues, escalating to third-party vendors (ERP, Honeywell/Vocollect, RF hardware providers, reporting or labelling systems) when required
- Manage WMS environments, including configuration updates and migration between environments
- Develop and modify reports and dashboards (SSRS, Crystal Reports) to support operational visibility and reporting needs
- Support WMS data administration, including users, menus, locations, pick/putaway sequences, and zone configuration
- Partner with warehouse operations teams to develop WMS super users and support best practices in system usage
- Design and implement enhancements or configuration changes to improve WMS performance and usability
- Monitor SQL performance and assist with query optimization, indexing, and tuning
What You Bring to the Team
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a similar technical or solutions-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and operate independently
- Strong SQL and database experience, including queries and stored procedures (SQL/Oracle)
- Experience with warehouse and supply chain technologies such as WMS platforms, RF/barcode hardware, voice solutions, or labelling systems
- Familiarity with integrations (REST, XML/JSON/SOAP), reporting tools, or networking concepts (TCP/IP, Cognos/SSRS/Business Objects, WAN/LAN)
- Familiarity with ERP solutions such as NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, or Business Central
- Experience with .NET, C#, or xbase++ languages and debugging

Salary range: 61K - 78K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity
