1. BA Methodology, Standards & Technical Authority - 35%

· Define and govern the business analysis methodology for the Data Conversion team, including requirements frameworks, documentation standards, UAT protocols, and scope management practices

· Serve as the primary functional authority on AMS migration projects (Applied Epic, AMS360, Vertafore) and complex ETL initiative requirements

· Lead advanced data analysis using SQL to interrogate source systems, validate business rules, resolve complex ambiguities, and establish requirements baselines for large-scale conversions

· Establish and maintain a library of reusable requirements templates, process maps, BRD frameworks, and conversion scope standards that reduce ramp time and improve consistency across engagements

· Evaluate and adopt tools, platforms, and practices that improve the efficiency and quality of BA workflows across the team

· Act as primary technical escalation point for requirements conflicts, functional gaps, or scope disputes on active conversion projects

2. Strategic Client & Executive Stakeholder Engagement - 30%

· Lead discovery, solutioning, and executive alignment sessions with senior client stakeholders and agency leadership across complex multi-system conversion engagements

· Own the functional scope agreement process for high-priority clients, ensuring requirements are complete, approved, and traceable through delivery

· Partner with sales, account management, and operations leadership to provide BA input during pre-sales scoping, proposal development, and client onboarding

· Represent the Data Conversion team in cross-functional forums, product roadmap discussions, and organizational process improvement initiatives

· Manage escalated client issues involving requirements ambiguity, scope change, or conversion quality with professionalism and accountability

3. Portfolio Oversight & Delivery Quality - 20%

· Oversee BA engagement quality across the active conversion portfolio, conducting requirements and UAT reviews to ensure functional accuracy and completeness

· Maintain executive-facing reporting on requirements readiness, UAT status, open functional risks, and scope change trends across the conversion portfolio

· Collaborate with the Lead Data Analyst to align functional requirements with technical conversion architecture and data quality standards

· Drive lessons-learned processes and incorporate findings into updated BA standards and training materials

4. Team Leadership & Development - 15%

· Mentor a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, including regular performance feedback, career development planning, and technical coaching

· Foster a respectful and collaborative environment by upholding professionalism and engaging in constructive and respectful conversations

· Support a positive workplace culture by promoting open, solution-oriented communication, encouraging teamwork, and maintaining a focus on shared goals and productivity
