Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and creative professional to lead the planning, governance, and execution of internal communication initiatives on a global scale.You will be responsible for defining overarching communication strategies that align with business priorities, drive organizational transformation, and foster an exceptionally engaging employee experience. This position blends high-level strategic advisory with operational mastery, overseeing large-scale corporate events, modern digital intranet governance, and multimedia content production (including end-to-end video projects). By managing external agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and an internal team, you will act as a pivotal bridge that translates corporate objectives into deeply resonant stories for a diverse, international workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy, Governance & Playbook Management: Architect and implement comprehensive annual internal communication plans aligned with corporate priorities, maintaining global standards, compliance policies, and editorial guidelines through a unified playbook to counsel internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Multichannel Campaign & Digital Workplace Ownership: Drive the execution of global employee engagement campaigns, managing the strategic roadmap, publishing standards, and quality control for the corporate intranet and digital collaboration platforms to boost adoption and connection.
  • End-to-End Multimedia Production & Storytelling: Oversee high-quality content creation, multimedia storytelling, and corporate video projects: directing internal production timelines, scriptwriting, leadership messaging, and managing creative agencies from briefing to final regional distribution.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Event Management: Lead the orchestration of corporate events, global webinars, and annual employee celebrations, while animating the international communications community to guarantee a synchronized cascade of messaging across regional markets.

Requirements

  • Extensive Professional Expertise: 8+ years of progressive experience in Internal or Corporate Communications, with a proven track record of designing and delivering global communications strategies within complex, multinational matrix organizations.
  • Advanced Content Strategy & Platform Savvy: Outstanding editorial, writing, and storytelling capabilities, combined with deep technical expertise in managing enterprise-level intranets, digital workplace platforms, creative tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Canva), and analytics engines.
  • Stakeholder, Vendor & Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing matrixed senior executives, cross-functional legal and HR teams, external creative agencies, and third-party freelancers, paired with experience leading and developing internal team members.
  • Data-Driven Mindset & Language Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to monitor communications KPIs, evaluate campaign metrics, and transform performance insights into actionable improvements, combined with mandatory fluency in written and spoken English
