Description
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by consistently demonstrating safe behaviors. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Perform electrical wiring on moderately complex control circuits. Diagnose and resolve equipment issues through repair, adjustment, parts replacement, or fabrication. Troubleshoot and make minor program adjustments to Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix platforms. Support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives by training operators on basic mechanical skills. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and reliability. Apply welding and machining skills across metals, plastics, and composite materials. Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical/control systems in a manufacturing environment. Rockwell FactoryTalk Suite Logix Platform (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SLC500, MicroLogix) Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, flowcharts, and block diagrams. Experience using precision diagnostic and testing equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, teamwork, attendance, and follow-through skills. Experience working with filler and packaging equipment. Welding and machining experience.
