Ubicación: Su base es Ecuador, planta Antártida, Vía Daule km 22

Términos y condiciones: Es Full time por tiempo temporal 6 meses

PROPÓSITO DEL TRABAJO:

Si te apasiona garantizar la disponibilidad, integridad y correcta administración de los repuestos y materiales, asegurando que los procesos operativos, de mantenimiento y producción cuenten oportunamente con los insumos necesarios.        Mediante una gestión eficiente del inventario, el adecuado control documental, el almacenamiento bajo estándares de seguridad y orden, y la entrega precisa y oportuna a los usuarios internos, entonces ¡Este rol es para ti! 

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

1.         Participar en la operación de los equipos en la línea de producción asignada.

2.         Monitorear variables de proceso tales como temperatura, velocidad, tiempos, presión.

3.         Verificar que le producto cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad: peso, volumen, apariencia, etc.

4.         Reportar desviaciones al departamento de producción o calidad.

5.         Ejecutar actividades de limpieza y sanitización de equipos.

6.         Mantener el área ordenada y limpia.

7.         Cumplir con normas de seguridad de fábrica y uso de equipos de protección personal (EPPs).

8.         Realizar actividades básicas de mantenimiento autónomo: inspecciones visuales de equipo, ajustes y calibraciones menores, limpiezas técnicas, etc.

9.         Completar los formatos y registros del proceso oportunamente: volumen producido, paradas, mermas y desperdicio tanto en los formatos físicos como digitales.

LO QUE NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO: 

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en fábricas de preferencia en industrias alimenticias (Deseable)

• Bachillerato Técnico

• Conocimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura

• Conocimiento de Seguridad Industrial básica

• Aceptar nuevos desafíos, buscar oportunidades para innovar y mejorar continuamente.

• Trabajar de manera eficiente, adaptarse rápido y simplificar procesos aprovechando la tecnología.

• Colaborar e integrarse con mentalidad de fundador/propietario, manteniendo siempre lo mejor para la compañía en el centro.
