Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core Java, backend development and modern software engineering practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable and secure Java-based applications.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop high-quality, reusable and efficient code following best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including CI/CD, automation and process optimization.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
