Sr. Superintendent (Healthcare)

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (background working on Healthcare projects highly preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk a project 3 to 4 times a day.
• Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
