Are you our new Portfolio Management Associate?
As a Portfolio Management Associate at Intrum Investments Greece, you will play a key role in supporting the management of distressed loan and REO portfolios. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, you will contribute to portfolio performance by monitoring results, preparing analyses and management reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the execution of portfolio management strategies.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Portfolio Management Associate main responsibilities:
- Support the Portfolio Manager in the day-to-day management of distressed portfolios
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular management reports
- Support the monitoring of Loan and REO Servicers and external partners against agreed KPIs and servicing and REO strategies
- Review collection performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
- Prepare portfolio analyses, presentations, and ad hoc reports
- Support the implementation of portfolio segmentation, allocation models, and recovery strategies
- Assist in the review of customer settlement proposals and prepare recommendations for approval by the Portfolio Manager
- Assist in reviewing real estate search results and property valuations and prepare recommendations for further action
- Liaise with internal departments, including Legal, Finance, Compliance, Investments, and Operations, to facilitate effective portfolio management
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure the timely exchange of information and documentation
- Maintain portfolio databases and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of portfolio-related information
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking activities
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and contribute to process enhancement initiatives in line with Intrum Group standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, banking, debt/NPL servicing, investments or financial analysis
- Good understanding of restructuring strategies, debt servicing and cash flow prioritization
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
