As a Data Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for leading data analysis initiatives, developing business insights, and supporting management decision-making through accurate and actionable data reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve business processes, and drive data-driven strategies across the organization.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and the ability to manage data projects in a fast-paced business environment. If you are passionate about turning data into meaningful business impact, this role will challenge you to operate at a strategic level.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management with at least 2–3 years in managerial level
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to present insights to management level
Experience in managing data reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, and business performance analysis
Responsibilities
Lead and manage data analysis projects to support business strategy and operational decision-making
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to monitor business performance and KPIs
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
Ensure data governance, reporting consistency, and timely delivery of analytical insights to management
