Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical Telemetry opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a collaborative 34-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Build advanced clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population
• Excellent pathway into Intermediate Care (IMC), ICU, and future specialty nursing roles
• Supported by experienced leadership, CNAs, and Unit Secretaries
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $67,000 - $85,000
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-Year Commitment)
• Shift Differentials Available

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit

ROLE
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Promote quality outcomes and patient safety

Requirements

• Current New Mexico RN License Or Compact License REQUIRED
• Associate Degree In Nursing REQUIRED
• Current BLS Certification REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 Years RN Experience REQUIRED
• ACLS Preferred
• PALS Preferred
