Vice President, Security & Investigations

We're seeking someone to join our team as Head of Security Operations - India to lead all security operations, investigations, crisis management, and fire & life safety activities across Morgan Stanley's India footprint.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Vice President level position within the Security & Investigations team.

What you'll do in the role:

• Lead all Security Operations services and staff in India, delivering physical security, investigations, crisis response, and fire & life safety programs.

• Define and execute the India security strategy, aligned with regional and global CSI objectives.

• Oversee office, staff, data center, travel, and event security, including executive protection and Investor Summits.

• Lead security incident and crisis management, representing CSI in escalation and response forums.

• Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, audits, and compliance activities across the India footprint.

• Act as a senior advisor and regional backup to the APAC Head of Security Operations.

What you'll bring to the role:

• 20 years of leadership experience in military, law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate security.

• In depth understanding of geopolitical and security risks within the region.

• Formal training in complex security operations and crisis management.

• Proven experience in security planning, investigations, and senior stakeholder briefings.

• Strong people, vendor, and budget management capabilities.

• Ability to operate effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

• Degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications or certifications are beneficial.
