Overview
As a Guest Services PT Team Lead, you'll lead daily operations of the museum lobby, admissions, and Curiosity Corner store. You'll spend most of your time on the floor engaging with guests, coaching staff in real-time, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include building schedules, reconciling cash, managing staff performance, and coordinating birthday parties. You'll serve as a role model for guest service while maintaining a clean, orderly environment. Weekend availability is required.
