Overview
As a Delivery Material Handler, you'll work alongside drivers to ensure proper delivery of building materials to job sites using forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and manual handling. Responsibilities include loading and securing materials on trucks, verifying quantities, assisting drivers in locating job sites, unloading materials, climbing ladders to deliver materials to roofs, maintaining equipment, ensuring OSHA compliance, taking inventory, maintaining warehouse and yard areas, and providing customer service. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 100 pounds continuously, working at various heights, and in all weather conditions.
