Wir sind Wachstums-Partner für über 100 der größten Deutschen B2C Brands wie zB. AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox und suchen aktuell Creative Strategists (m/w/d).
TikTok Shop Strategist (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Konzepte entlang des gesamten Creative-Prozesses und prägst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Brand.

## Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für den Creative-Prozess für die Top Brands in DACH
- Erstellung von Skripten, Ads und Kampagnen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern
- Analyse der KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Assets
- Top 1% Creative Training im Wert von 100k€+
## Qualifikation
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Creative Strategy – idealerweise im Agentur- oder Brand-Umfeld
- Gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends & Best Performer
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und echtes Gespür für Menschen
- Volle Verfügbarkeit und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen
