Overview
As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the sales and profitability of your Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts retail store while directly supervising associates. Your duties include management functions such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, along with supervisory responsibilities. You'll provide over-the-counter direct sales to customers, take orders in-person and by phone, and support store operations through sales program promotion. Key responsibilities include directing and supervising employees, monitoring sales activities, generating new sales accounts through cold calling, growing store profits, managing inventory, hiring and training personnel, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You'll directly supervise 2-25 employees and handle full personnel responsibilities.
