Overview
As a Resident Services Concierge, you'll be the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff. Your responsibilities include answering phones promptly, coordinating resident services (dry cleaning, grocery delivery, dinner reservations, transportation), connecting with new residents within their first week, and maintaining community security through proper logbook procedures. You'll also assist with mail handling, coordinate transportation schedules, and serve as a liaison with the culinary department for meal reservations. The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to use independent judgment, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with office equipment and technology. Prior concierge or customer service experience is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience working with seniors. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
