- Four Points by Sheraton - is seeking a part-time with the potential to grow a Full-time Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) for immediate hire. Come Join a Great Team.
Duties:
Duties:
- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel front desk and the overall guest experience.
- Checking guests into and out of the hotel.
- Handling in-house requests.
- Communicating with other departments.
- Answering telephones within Marriott standards.
- Taking reservations for the hotel.
Requirements:
- Incredible personality - Great Smile - Genuinely Friendly.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Being visible present and standing for whole shift.
- Great organization skills.
- Dependable & Reliable.
- Professional Appearance.
- This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
