Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

• Assist the collaborating physicians with the diagnosis, care and treatment of patients within the acute care setting.  
• Perform patient assessments and providing appropriate ordering of testing and medications, along with formulating an appropriate plan of care.
• Admit patients, performing H&P's, coordinating transfers to and from other facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team regarding discharge planning and plan of care.

Requirements 

• RN Degree and NP degree. 
• Physically able to perform CPR, navigate oneself throughout the institution, record and report information, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Perform patient assessments.
• Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced life support (ACLS) required American Heart Association

Pay Range

USD $66.55 - USD $93.81 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
