The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Lead the visual direction of digital-first creative work across campaigns, websites, launches, and brand experiences.
- Create distinctive visual systems that bring brands to life through typography, color, layout, imagery, and digital storytelling.
- Develop concepts and visual approaches that translate brand strategy into memorable digital experiences.
- Shape visual languages that create consistency while allowing brands to express themselves across a variety of digital touchpoints.
- Partner closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and creative leads to deliver cohesive work across multiple channels and experiences.
- Contribute hands-on design work while maintaining a high level of craft, attention to detail, and creative excellence.
- Explore emerging tools, technologies, and creative approaches that help push digital brand experiences forward.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- 6+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, Brand Design, or closely related creative disciplines.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, visual systems, layout design, and digital craft.
- Experience creating digital-first brand experiences across campaigns, websites, launches, and interactive experiences.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, color, typography, and brand expression.
- Ability to develop distinctive visual directions and bring them to life through hands-on execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with digital-first brands, creative agencies, design studios, or in-house creative teams.
Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise

- Motion design, animation, or motion systems experience.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows, creative coding, or emerging design technologies.
- Experience working with globally recognized brands or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience creating interactive experiences, microsites, digital campaigns, or launch experiences.
