HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
- Performs managerial work providing guidance in strategic operations and planning of section.
- Work involves utilizing policy and procedures, establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting section; coordinating and evaluating section activities; reviewing budgets.
- Works under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- Coordinates Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in the outpatient orthopedic and pediatric setting.
- Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician. Plans, organizes and implements specific treatment programs or individuals’ patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
Reports: Rehab Director
Supervises: Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, Rehabilitation Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy (Master's or DPT), or Speech Therapy
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years job related experience to include both clinical and supervisory experience.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Current Licensure in the State of Florida.
