Overview
As a Restorative Nurse RN, you'll plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct restorative care services in accordance with long-term care facility regulations. You'll meet with administration, medical and nursing staff to plan restorative care, interpret policies to personnel and residents, and participate in discharge planning and resident care plans. This position requires a Registered Nurse license with training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices.
