For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 7+ years of experience as an AI Data Protection / Privacy Lawyer
- Legal qualification (LL.B./LL.M./CIP/E) in an EU jurisdiction or equivalent, combined with deep technical grounding in AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector stores).
- Pragmatic stakeholder communicator — able to challenge solution design, translate legal risk into technical constraints, and operate decisively under ambiguity.
- Exposure to LLM/agent platforms (Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic) and AI governance or model risk frameworks; certifications (IAPP, ISACA, PECB, etc.) a plus.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model (based in lisbon)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
