As a Full Stack Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects
- Utilizing application frameworks and lifecycle management tools to streamline development processes
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Integrating enterprise applications and managing APIs to support seamless data flow and functionality
- Applying microservices architecture to build scalable and efficient software systems
- Engaging in continuous integration and delivery practices to accelerate software deployment
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize performance and user experience
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on software engineering best practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
