We are agent-agnostic: Avon AI works with agents our customers built themselves and with third-party agents they only integrate with — across any framework or vendor. Customers run us as SaaS on AWS, or deploy the full platform inside their own private cloud when regulation demands it. We're a small, fast-moving team with offices in Tel Aviv, working with enterprise customers in finance, healthcare, insurance, travel, and more.

About the Role 

As a Product Manager, your role involves owning end-to-end product lifecycles, taking concepts from 0-to-1, and driving the tactical execution of our technical product. You will work in direct collaboration with company leadership, R&D, and customers to shape our core modules and translate customer needs and internal business theses into a structured product roadmap. This role offers high impact in defining the product foundation of a cutting-edge GenAI product, with the potential to build and lead the Israel product team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day tactical product execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Work closely with engineers on technical characterization, defining feature requirements, specifications, and scope of completion in an environment without existing formal technical specs.
• Analyze customer feedback and pain points across domestic and US clients to uncover insights, define new features, and guide product strategy.
• Synthesize internal business theses and technical capabilities into clear, structured product roadmaps.
• Prioritize tasks dynamically to help lead product focus in a fast-paced environment where roadmaps evolve with field demands.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and manage ongoing communication with executive leadership and US counterparts across time zones.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Product Management (or proven experience as a Technical Program/Project Manager from a startup environment with strong technical chops looking to transition into a PM role).
• Strong technical background and orientation, with the ability to comfortably understand technical architectures, communicate fluently with developers, and lead technical spec definitions.
• Proven track record of end-to-end feature characterization: taking complex, ambiguous initiatives and defining the full product flow from scratch.
• AI-native mindset: an early adopter who actively embraces AI technologies and is excited by a domain that changes daily.
• Experience working directly with B2B customers, conducting user/client interviews, and extracting actionable product insights.
• High-level English fluency (spoken and written), capable of leading discussions and presentations with US clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional and executive presence; ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and self-learning capabilities; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Flexibility and willingness to support US business hours when required.
• Hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
