Description
Seeking reliable temporary warehouse associates to support a leading lumber and building materials supplier with day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Load, unload, move and organize lumber, plywood and other building materials.
-Safely lift and carry large sheets of wood and other heavy materials.
-Pull and stage orders accurately for customers and deliveries.
-Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
-Assist customers and tea members with professionalism and a positive attitude.
-Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications
-Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving heavy materials throughout the day.
-Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-High attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
-Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Previous warehouse, lumber yard, or building materials experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. repeatedly.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
