The UX/UI Senior Designer produces complex assets used in the development of digital interfaces based on graphics standards, user experience and best practices to generate digital content.

Scope & Complexity:

• Solving of complex products. Creation of new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing technologies and user-centered best practices.

• Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by main points of contact, stakeholders or product owners as it relates to client goals.

• Primary interaction is with team and project members.

• Upward interaction with direct creative lead and managers. Is required to keep aligned with project goals.

• Promotes team initiatives, creates a hub of career development opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end

o Creates communication plans for the team in order to develop the desired objective in a clear and a concise message.

o Suggests innovative and more effective ways to address issues and challenges and accomplish team tasks to overcome obstacles.

o Builds credibility through sharing knowledge, insights and expertise.

o Applies learnings and best practices from previous projects/processes for efficiencies in existing methods and processes.

o Works with the Creative Leads to ensure that the design meets the visual consistency goals as defined in the requirements across campaigns.

• Hard skills

o Suggests improvements to digital production workflow and planning process.

o Supports Creative Lead in the creation of a visual design strategy

o Executes and/or supervises the design and production of graphics for information visualization, learning activities and other areas as required.

o Performs Quality Assurance on its own and teammates' graphic deliverables.

o Manages the user interface (UI) design, including the visual effort.

• Team Development

o Makes recommendations for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks pertinent to the design capability.

o Creates training documents.

o Participates and manages the technical induction process for the new incomers to the account and / or company.

o Mentors of internal and product teams on visual design approach.

o professional work relationships with others in the team, create a team work environment and support others on their assignments.

o Provides support to team members in areas of expertise.

o Enables team members to create clear goals and helps them prioritize tasks

o Is able to control emotions in a difficult situation.

o Sets expectations on goals to ensure individuals target high performance outcomes.

• Presentation.

o Communicates and enforces best practices related to workflow and tools.

Job Specific Experience, Education and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in User Experience and User Interaction/Interface.

• It is required to fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from LATAM, North America and other around the world.

• Background on Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction, Business Design, User Experience, User Research or similar.

• Experience in digital platforms, color management, accessibility, digital design trends, interdisciplinary projects with front end and backend development.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & strategically creative solution.
