Racine Dental Group is looking for a dependable and motivated Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team in Racine, WI!

Interested in starting a career in orthodontics? No prior dental or orthodontic experience is required! We're open to training the right person who has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

What You'll Do

• Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and procedures.

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control guidelines.

• Help with orthodontic procedures and patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits.

• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.

• Work closely with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure quality patient care.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.

What We're Looking For

• No prior dental or orthodontic experience required. Training will be provided!

• Strong communication and patient care skills.

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Commitment to patient safety and infection control.

What We Offer

• Full-time schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Pay range: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience.
