SAP SuccessFactors and Legacy Migration Expert

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors and Legacy Migration Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is part of a significant HR transformation project aimed at centralizing and securing HR data using SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and specific developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management and the project team in defining the project scope for both business and IT.
• Provide expertise in developing a roadmap for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Finalize the specifications document by integrating key elements related to the implementation of the SuccessFactors solution and its modules.
• Assist the IT team responsible for legacy applications in defining a high-level migration plan for legacy applications into SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
• Identify opportunities and limitations for migrating legacy systems.
• Define the big picture of the project from As-Is to To-Be.
• Conduct a retrospective analysis of existing functionalities of current specific applications.
• Model and draft documents related to technical-functional analyses.
• Facilitate and document meetings with various stakeholders (developers, end-users, local management).
• Participate in the development of solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Estimate impacts and risks related to the decommissioning of existing applications (historical data, functionalities, etc.).

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess the required skills and experience.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
• The candidate must be flexible and may need to travel to various business units.
