Implementation Consultant - ERP & E-invoicing

We are hiring an experienced Implementation Consultant for our client in Dubai to manage customer onboarding, ERP integrations, business process mapping, testing, and successful go-live of E-Invoicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer requirement-gathering workshops and business process mapping.
• Understand ERP systems, invoicing workflows, and financial processes.
• Support ERP integration and data mapping requirements.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and customer training.
• Manage go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.
• Prepare implementation documentation and process workflows.

Key Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar consulting role.
• Strong understanding of finance, invoicing, and UAE VAT processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and ERP mapping.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and business process mapping capabilities.

Preferred Knowledge:

• SAP Business One / SAP S/4HANA
• Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics
• UAE VAT & E-Invoicing Regulations
