Our Supervisor Site is accountable for:

• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of support technicians.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
• Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex issues, often under pressure.
• Strategic planning skills to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Ability to advise and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and soft skills.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana to oversee multiple projects and timelines.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce to manage client interactions and support tickets.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau to interpret performance metrics and generate reports.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Understanding of network and system administration basics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Nice to Have:

Work Location & Schedule:

Location: New Mexico, US - Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.  

$61,575.00 - $82,100.00
