Support Analyst

Job Description:

Essential:

• • Working experience on Finacle UBS version 10.2.25 or above, knowledge of FCIDE, FSDP, APDM etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of in-scope solutions experience of Core banking Application Support and with total Seven years’ experience in the field of Banking IT Application / support of related solutions.
  • Customization, Implementation, Configuration. - Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic, RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD, BOD etc.
  • Knowledge of Internet Banking (FEBA Ver. 11.X or higher),
  • Working experience of Finacle Scripting
  • Should have worked in Similar Project as Finacle Application L2 for at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 1000 branches.

C24 / Finacle Integrator knowledge:

• • Knowledge on Finacle Product objects (tables, indexes, batch jobs, services, APIs, deployments)
  • Must have working experience with different open-source technology.
  • PL SQL working knowledge
  • Experience in Java / .net

Mandatory Certifications (minimum one):

• • Finacle Advanced Technical Certification
  • Finacle Advanced Functional Certification
  • Oracle Certified Developer

Generic Skills:

• • Work as part of 24x7 operations team
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
