AI Systems Engineer (Contract - Power Platform & Copilot)

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Systems Engineer to develop and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies, including workflow automation, system integration and deployment support.

Salary

$4,600 – $5,000/month

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Overtime may be required.

Job Description

• Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs and external data sources.

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system deployment across different environments.

• Troubleshoot system issues, integrations and AI agent performance.

• Monitor system performance and maintain platform reliability.

• Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures and user guides.

• Develop training materials and provide guidance to business users.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Proficient in at least two relevant technologies, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations or Azure AI Services.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

• Good documentation and stakeholder management skills.
