Your Team:

The S4C team within Product Evolution Services (PES) develops and manages MXinsight and MXlint, internal products that support data-driven analysis, optimization, and quality assessment of MX.3 environments. These products support Managed Services and other PES & CS internal projects, helping teams improve efficiency and make informed decisions.

As a junior team member, you will contribute to product support and evolution while developing your technical and functional expertise alongside experienced colleagues.

Your Missions:

• Support Internal Users: Provide support for MXinsight and MXlint, investigate reported issues, reproduce problems, and collaborate with developers and functional experts to resolve them. Help users adopt the products and make effective use of their capabilities.
• Contribute to Product Evolution: Participate in the product lifecycle within SCRUM/SAFe practices. Gather user feedback, contribute to backlog refinement, and help translate business needs into practical improvements.
• Analyze Data & Develop Solutions: Use Python and SQL to investigate data, monitor product KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop scripts, automation, and proof-of-concept solutions with guidance from the team.
• Test & Document: Validate new features and fixes, contribute to regression testing, and maintain clear user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Collaborate Across Projects: Work with Solution Architects, functional experts, developers, and project teams to understand their needs, support product adoption, and share findings.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in technical support, software development, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Prior knowledge of MX.3 or experience within the Murex ecosystem is preferred, but not required.
• Interest in growing at the intersection of technology, data, financial markets, and product development.
• Practical knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with structured data formats such as XML, JSON, and YAML.
• Basic proficiency with Linux command-line tools and shell scripting.
• Ability to investigate technical issues methodically and communicate findings clearly.
• Understanding of software testing and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices
• Interest in Machine Learning/AI and its practical applications.
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus, with a willingness to learn.

• Curious, proactive, and resourceful, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail and quality, and the ability to take ownership while seeking guidance when needed.
