Key Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
• Taking customer orders and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas are always well-stocked.
• Support front-of-house, middle-of-house, and back-of-house operations as required.
• Assisting with basic food preparation and order assembly when required.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Working closely with your team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Supporting guests and resolving queries professionally and positively.
• Cleaning of designated areas such as storerooms, kitchen etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) with bachelor’s degree endorsement (University Exemption) required.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Front of House Team Member, Middle of House Team Member
• Experience in customer service, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Within 15km from job
• Clear criminal record
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be able to perform physically active duties and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
