Territory Manager - McCurrach onbehalf of The Magnum Ice Cream Company
Location –Central London & Surrounding areas
Permanent ,Full time – 40 hours per week
Salary range up to £28,500 basic, 10% Performance related Bonus, Lunch allowance & Oyster Card for Business Travel is provided

ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Territory Manager, you will manage a territory of mixed outlets, mainly managed convenience stores and supermarkets. At key times of the year, you will also visit forecourts, travel outlets, and independent convenience stores.
You will support summer and winter activation plans, including siting POS, preparing freezers, and ranging products. Your work will drive growth by improving product visibility and availability for consumers.
Building strong rapport and relationships with store contacts will be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of your territory, targets, and KPIs
Deliver professional and effective store visits
Build strong relationships with key store decision-makers and add value in every visit
Improve product availability and visibility in stores
Increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring agreed ranges and plans are maintained
Act as the “eyes and ears” of TMICC by identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity
Accurately record and report all required information
Skills & Experience
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Passionate about brands and retail
Strong selling and storytelling skills to drive engagement
