As part of our Data & AI team, you will work with technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem, contributing to the design, development and implementation of solutions built with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

You will collaborate with professionals from different technical and business areas to transform business needs into intelligent solutions that deliver real value to our clients.

Depending on your experience and level, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of technical activities, contribute to solution design and implementation decisions, and collaborate with or support other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, configuration, development and implementation of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into conversational and agent-based solutions.
• Configure agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, tools and actions.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of generative orchestration capabilities to improve agent behavior and reliability.
• Configure automations and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Automate when needed.
• Support the integration of agents with Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise systems and corporate data sources using standard connectors and APIs.
• Work with enterprise knowledge sources to develop AI solutions that provide contextualized and grounded responses.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving agent accuracy, response quality and overall behavior.
• Contribute to solution deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement, following development, security and quality best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams during requirements gathering, solution design and project implementation.
• Depending on experience, take ownership of technical activities, contribute to implementation decisions and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Identify opportunities for new Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of Microsoft technologies and emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

• 1–4 years of experience in software development, automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence or related technologies, depending on the level of the role.
• Hands-on experience or practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including the creation, configuration and development of AI agents.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, particularly its automation and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with configuring agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, tools and actions within Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
• Understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, grounding and Agentic AI concepts.
• Ability to perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and document technical solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON and data integration concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional English proficiency.

For candidates applying at Senior Analyst level, we would additionally expect:

• Proven experience designing, developing, configuring and implementing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Ability to independently analyze functional requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Experience working with multiple knowledge sources, tools, actions and integrations.
• Practical understanding of generative orchestration and AI agent optimization.
• Ability to contribute to technical reviews, implementation decisions and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Confidence in engaging with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate and automation flows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform connectors.
• Knowledge of custom connectors and REST API integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and custom agent development.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of RAG architectures and multi-agent solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with agent evaluation, monitoring and Responsible AI practices.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Artificial Intelligence.
