We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. What You Can Expect

 

Competitive Base Salary: $85,000-105,000/yr Fulltime/$70-80/hr Part-timeProductivity Expectation: 25 billable hours per week for Full-time/ 10-24 billable hours per week for Part-timeAdditional Earning Opportunity: Earn additional compensation for eligible billable hours above your productivity targetSchedule: Full-time | Part-timeCaseload: Approximately 6-10 clients Full-time/1-5 clients Part-time

 

Your base salary is not dependent on exceeding your productivity target. Our incentive structure gives BCBAs the opportunity to increase their earnings when additional clinical capacity is available.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

 

As a BCBA, you'll own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients while working closely with families, RBTs, and your broader clinical team.

You'll:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• State licensure, where required
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
