1.管理新產品導入, 確保符合公司流程, 使新產品順利量產.
2.管理新產品試產備料&來料異常處理執行率.
3.改善生產異常, 建立Lessons Learned 避免再發.
4.督導所屬各項作業的正確性. (Ex ECN變更/專案管理,如期正確導入).
5.接待客戶來訪工廠工作.
6.跨部/中心單位溝通協調, 找出解決問題的最佳方案.
7.優化各項專案推動的準時完成率, 使專案依計劃如期完成.
8.培育團隊人才, 帶領團隊朝向設定目標前進, 取得最佳成果.
