Commercial Litigation Associate - Transportation

We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join Husch Blackwell's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team in Phoenix. You'll handle complex commercial litigation matters for high-profile clients—including a major transportation industry client—and have the opportunity to grow on a national platform with significant client exposure.

What will you be doing?

• Managing all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal court

• Conducting factual investigations, discovery, and taking depositions

• Drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and participating in mediations

• Working closely with partners on matters in the transportation and supply chain space

• Communicating directly with clients and helping articulate legal strategies

Key Requirements

• 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience (class year 2023 or earlier)

• Active Arizona bar license or commitment to obtain one promptly

• Experience across all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motions practice

• Based in the Phoenix, AZ area (hybrid schedule available)

• Transportation industry experience is a strong plus but not required
