Job Summary.
The Unit Clerk acts as receptionist for the assigned nursing unit. Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties to support the nursing staff relating to the updating and organizing of information on the nursing units; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, nurse managers, and charge nurses. This is a full time 7am-3pm postion.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Acts as receptionist for the assigned nursing unit.
- Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties to support the nursing staff relating to the updating and organizing of information on the nursing units.
- Reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, nurse managers, and charge nurses.
- Peform other duties as required.
- Availabilty to work scheduled shift, 7am-3pm.

- Requires excellent organizational skills. Must be able to deal with a range of ongoing tasks at the same time.

Education or Degree Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
